Founded in 2005, Saker Capital is a specialty real estate investment and advisory firm.

Comprised of experienced real estate investment and corporate finance professionals, we provide an unbiased, aligned, direct investment platform for sourcing, managing and realizing value through our active, hands-on, principled approach to real estate investment management. Our primary focus is on income producing assets, specifically: single & multifamily residential apartments and student housing property types. We are absolute return focused, with the preservation of capital being our primary investment discipline, as we strive to create value for our investor partners throughout all stages of market and capital cycles.

In addition, we raise capital for proprietary commercial real estate investment opportunities on behalf of our USA and European owner/operator clients. Leveraging our extensive network and longstanding relationships with leading capital sources (sovereign wealth funds, banks, pension funds, alternative asset management firms, family offices and high net worth individuals) throughout the Middle East, Asia and Europe, we efficiently match capital partners with our clients based upon shared investment criteria and operating objectives.
